Everyone knows moving can be stressful. I recently placed an order and forgot to update my address. My order was delivered to my old address, I attempted to locate the merchandise and it was not there. I contacted customer service and they also tried to assist. Per their policy they were not at fault but still took out the time to assist me. I truly appreciate them putting their customers first.

Purchased the BELLEZE 43" Corner TV Stand with 18" Electric Fireplace Heater. The instructions were very clear and I had no trouble assembling it. The fireplace itself had some damage, presumably from the factory. A quick phone call, followed by an email with pictures, and a new part was on the way. Thus far, it's sturdy and looks nice.

The fireplace I purchased has been the best new addition to my living room. Not only does it have an extremely modern look, but it also is very great quality and provides a lot of warmth to my living room area. Not only was the product very easy to put together it is also very easy to use and wipe down when needed. I had one issue with putting the product together and the customer service team was not only very easy to reach but extremely helpful in fixing my issue. 100/10 would recommend this product!!!!!
