Didn't receive the earrings that I ordered then told I have to pay the freight to return them to get a refund or the correct earrings!

This company is a scam. Do not get caught ordering from them. The quality of the product is shocking and nothing like the photos. They don't respond to emails. They don't give refunds when they should. They have sent me rubbish that I did not order. They have not sent me what I did order. Complete nightmare. They say they are having a 75% discount sale. So they say that an item costs $160 but today you can have it for $43. The rubbish they are selling for $43 is worth no more that $3 or $4. The pearls are plastic. The chain necklaces are plastic. Disgusting product. Disgusting behaviour. Another Chinese scam. Proof of purchase: SHOPPING WITH YOU HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THE QUALITY IS SO BAD. THE PEARLS ARE PLASTIC. I wish I could rate this scam company zero! Absolute disgusting rubbish and nothing like the photos online! I just threw mine out. Very cheap hideous fake tawdry earrings that you would buy in a $2 shop. Total scammers and please don’t buy from them.

I think this company might be a scam. I ordered some jewelry from their site which they had advertised as sterling silver at sterling silver prices. The pictures of the items looked good, but when I received the product, not only was the jewellery that I received NOT sterling silver at all, but A CHEAP metal with no 925 stamp, it was also broken and cheaply made. When I contacted the company they told me that I needed to pay for certified postage to send it back to them with no guarantee of a full refund on the faulty and fake items that they sent in the first place, and instead offered me to keep it for a 10% refund and an unspecified discount off on future items (as if I would want to buy more rubbish product!) . So not only were they misleading me and selling me faulty, substandard items with false advertising, they made it impossible to fairly return the product for a full refund. This is what they write to me in their own words: “In order to begin the return process, the protocol indicates the following: you must send it back to our warehouse. Please note that, according to our policies, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. In addition, we recommend sending the package certified to ensure that it will arrive at our warehouse and that you have the tracking number of the return. However, to compensate you and save you the procedure, we offer you to keep this item and get a 10% refund of the amount you paid for it plus a special discount code that you can use on any product in our shop. We look forward to hearing from you, to give you the special discount and 10% refund or to continue with the return procedure.” If I could give zero stars to this terrible company, I would!

Is it possible to give zero stars? The jewellery is very cheap and ordinary and not worth the price they sell it at. They delivered an incorrect item but I can't get a refund. They want me to buy something else with a store credit. After seeing what poor quality their goods are I do not wish to buy anything else from this seller. I have contacted them 4 times asking for a refund but get no response any more. DON'T GO THERE! About the same quality as Temu - but at least you aren't expecting quality from Temu with their prices.

Scam!! Got 2 rings and they feel like plastic and look cheap as f***. Emails twice requesting a refund two weeks ago and have not heard back. Really wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Having read some disparaging reviews before my order arrived I wasn't getting my hopes up too high and was resigned that I too wouldn't be happy. Well, my earrings are beautiful and are of good quality, so I am very pleased.

If I could give zero I would. This company is not an Australian Company like they state. They are not selling their Jewellery because they want to spend time with their grandchildren. It’s false advertising and the jewellery is cheap and nasty. I received mine yesterday and it went straight in the bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ REVIEWS SAYS IT ALL.
