Bellas treasures - should be Bellas shit - the worst company l have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered a 3 strand freshwater pearl necklace - what l got was 3 separate single strand plastic beaded necklaces which were even a different color!! This company are SCAMMERS of the highest order - stay away from them - absolute 1000% thieves Would give minus 100 if able Communication - they just keep sending the same email over & over and expecting me to return this crap back to China and cost me 75% of original purchase price in postage when they sent it from my country! CRAP CRAP CRAP - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. Never received my order . They just kept telling me to contact Imile freight . Would not reply to my requests for a refund . Cannot get any sort of responsible communication with them . They don’t answer emails they don’t want to … like the request for a refund cos clearly never sent my order . Lost $182- ! My order # on 7/3/25 was 34487.

I bought several items from this company and when I received my order it came in a small satchel from China ! The items were cheap looking and not of the quality promised. I looked on Temu and found the exact same item for around $2.00 and I paid $42.00 !! I was scammed.

Nothing nice to say. Ordered a ring and the “stone” placements were all over the shop and the “rubies” were just paint on metal. “Stones” were already falling out when I got it so I reached out to them they took so long to respond the refund period expired. Item had a lifetime guarantee advertised on its page which I reminded them about. Eventually I got a return address to send it to so they could inspect it and refund me but the package was returned. Edit- I had to pay for the return postage from Australia to China.

DO NOT order from this company. I was sent the wrong ring and I either have to pay return postage or get a 10% refund!!! I wish had of read the reviews before ordering.

CHEAP, PLASTIC. RUSTED UPON DELIVERY. DO NOT PURCHASE! SCAMMERS. I want to upload the photos of these rings. Ordered in the first week of February!!!! Arrived today, 25/2/2025. Disgraceful. This is clearly NOT from Australia.

Don't bother with this business. They're jewellery is cheap and nasty. They catch you in with advertising however, when it arrives, and an hour later the dimonti falls out somethings definitely wrong. I wrote to them 4 x times for updates and tracking, and had no responce. I was going to contact The Dept of Consumer Affairs, but I kept giving them a chance. They eventually gave me a tracking number, but the tracking number wasn't valid. What a load of croque!!!! Never again. I don't recommend this place, they don't give a rats arse. Cheers. Unhappy customer
