I had previously returned a couple items I received as a gift to the store as the Medium size was more like an XXL (Maybe it was just a really baggy style? I didn't like it at all though) and was given credit in the form of a gift card. I tried to use the gift card online and couldn't get it to accept the gift card. I contacted Bella Ella's via messenger and was informed that I had an in store gift card which could not be used online. They offered to convert it to an online gift card ASAP. 6 months later I still had not relieved the email with the new code for the online gift card, so i sent them another message. For whatever reason, I never got the email but supposedly they did convert it. Unfortunately they converted it wrong and shorted me $25. When I asked them about the amount they confirmed that I had not used any part of the gift card previously and then they forgot about it again. Never got that $25 that I was shorted. I did use what they did convert, and ordered size small on everything due to my previous experience. The order came without tags on anything so I doubt they would let me return anything and everything was super short. Two of the three shirts were somewhat wearable with the first wearing until going through the wash and shrinking upward even more to an unbearable length. Pretty sure your shirt aren't supposed to go to your belly button. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from Bella Ella's again.

Bella has always been a go to when I have a little extra cash to splurge. The clearance sale right now for summer is the BOMB!! But the romper I got is comfy. I walked 5 miles in San Diego and didn’t even bother me one bit and didn’t show any sweat or anything. It was the comfiest and got multiple compliments on it. Love Love this boutique!
