I never received my item. When I wrote into the company letting them know, they told me that there was nothing they can do. They offer no guarantee that you will actually receive your item. I would never buy from them again because of their poor customer service

Very happy 😊 beautiful sweater.

I like this Boutique however the item I ordered was a completely different color than what came in the mail. Be careful about the colors when ordering. It seems like everything I order is either a shade lighter, shade darker or a totally different shade all together.

I have made 3 different orders from Bella Ella now. On the first purchase, I was notified a few days after making the order that one of the items I had purchased was now out of stock and that I would be refunded. I was a little disappointed and the refund took about 5 days to hit my account, but I was otherwise very satisfied with the rest of my order. On my second purchase, I received 3 emails notifying me that parts of my order had been shipped. I received 2 of the packages, but the third one still hadn’t shown up. So, I went online to track my package and it still showed that it was in Utah a week after it had supposedly shipped. So, I emailed customer service asking when I could expect to receive my last package because it contained a sweater that i had planned to wear for family pictures. I was then notified that they had accidentally never shipped that package and one of the items in that package was now out of stock and i would be refunded for that item and the rest would be shipped out to me. So again, 5 days for the refund to hit my account and still waiting on my last 2 items to arrive. Earlier this week, i received one of those items.. a month after placing the order. As of today, I’m still waiting on the sweater i ordered specifically for family pictures this weekend. So, unfortunately i will have to go find something else to wear for that. On the third order, I received all of my items, however one top arrived with a black stain on the chest and shoulder. I was told i could send it back and they would refund me or send a replacement once they received it. All in all, I love the clothes I have ordered from here, and I know that mistakes happen. However, having made 3 orders and having something wrong with each order, I will sadly not be making any future purchases with this boutique.

Ordered 2 cardigans and they are super cute! True to size and fast delivery. Yes I will order from them again.
