Not true to size - runs VERY small!!!

I bought this in a different color before and my daughter loved it and she is just as pleased now with the black I purchased for her as a Christmas present.

Shipping time was ridiculous. After numerous emails requesting a date of shipment, was given a tracking number accompanied by an email stating the item was in the hands of USPS and out of their control. After two days, I contacted the USPS in Orem Utah only to find out they had never picked up a package. The company simpmy printed a label to provide a tracking # for me. The package arrived only AFTER I disputed the charge on my cc, and the package was returned , unopened.

Ablsolitely loved the look and fit of this sweater

The sweater was huge, huge! I can't return it as I rcvd a discount. The style & quality are great! I'm so disappointed I can't wear this item.
