Quality products - fast shipment - only complaint was the multiple shipment bags - used a lot of plastic and one of the bags was so jam packed it broke open before it arrived to my home. Overall very satisfied.

I ordered 2 different sizes of the same sweater, but different colors. The medium is smaller than the small. Yarn is very soft. Sweater looks much shorter than photo.

I bought sweaters through Brad's Deal. When I finished with transaction my total was suppose to be 39 dollars and change. When I received the sweaters my invoice said 104 dollars and change. I feel I was way over charged.

I ordered this on Dec 18 expecting it will be delivered as committed well before Dec 24 in time for the Christmas eve gift giving. It was delivered Dec 28. Im not happy. All the other gifts i ordered from Amazon even later than this order either arrived on time or earlier than committed. Bella Ella...a nice name but a heart breaker..
