I purchased a sweater and followed the sizing chart found on the web site, but when it arrived it was way to big. I accidentally threw the packing slip in the recycling. I contacted the store and asked if I could still exchange the sweater for a smaller size. I was, and they even covered the shipping! I received the smaller sweater this week, which might still be a tad big, but I love it and already wore it this weekend! The return shipping was also very fast!
