I purchased an outfit on a Monday with expedited shipment for a special occasion on the following Sunday. I had to go buy another outfit because it didn't arrive in time. If you can wait a week or two for an outfit, you'll be fine ordering from here!

In addition, I accidentally forgot to add my apartment number on my shipping information and emailed them right away and they fixed it and also special ordered one of my dresses from the only store that had this certain dress left in stock! This time, one of my pieces ran out of my size after I placed my order. Someone gave me a call & asked me if I’d like a different size or a refund. I thought that was great customer service! I love the dress that I got! It was just not made for a woman with curves (not fat, but I have an hourglass figure). I wish you had more models that weren’t all the same size, it would’ve made it easier to buy and not return a dress. Other than that, the quality is amazing, customer service is amazing, and I would recommend BEB to all of my friends
