Cute clothes
Cute clothes, but are very cheaply made. Cannot go in the dryer as they do shrink 1 size down. Buttons fell off on 2/3 items that I purchased by brushing over them too hard with my fingers.

Honey Punch and Current Air dresses
We ordered two dresses for our daughter's upcoming HS graduation events. She just tries them on and we all LOVE them. We live in the St Louis area and wish we had a Bella Ella Boutique here. Thank you! Specifics: Island of Flowers Silver Gray Knee-Lengrh Dress and Honey Punch Dress.

I have ordered from a lot of online boutiques in the last five years and I have never came across one THIS bad!!! Terrible all the way around, especially in the customer service part. Long story short, I had ordered a romper for a bachelorette party that I am hosting as the maid of honor. It arrived two days after it was estimated to arrive. It arrived COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a mauve romper size large. They sent a mustard yellow romper (different style) size small. Not even close, not even the same style. When I alerted the customer "service" about the wrong order received, they were extremely rude and did not help AT ALL. No apologies for COMPLETELY messing up the order and no offer to make it right or send the correct romper. She even suggested ordering a new romper from their website - with no discount code, no free shipping, and without a refund from my last romper so I would be out double!!! With all of the online boutiques, the market is saturated, I would NOT waste my time with this boutique ever again. They were the worst!!
