Bought Belkin product via the Apple Store website. Apple doesn't support the products, you have to contact Belkin directly. Terrible customer service. My products (plural) broke / stopped working (no physical damage) within 2 months of getting them. They are terrible in providing support, their RMA process declined my support request. Their call centre people are useless. Just a terrible experience. NEVER TRUST A BELKIN PRODUCT.

Do not buy Belkin proiducts in the UK they have no customer support they expect you to ring USA, there is a uk number but you just get cut off

I only gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give a minus score! I bought a lifetime guarantee screen protector and when i went for a replacement instead of just getting a new one with my proof of purchase i had to go through a nightmare of repetitive emails that i’m sure were designed in a way to make you “give up” on chasing a replacement or refund. Utterly frustrating.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. No replacements. For a simple screen protector replacement I been waiting for a month with nothing. Why even purchase it? They say life time warranty when you try to claim it, NOTHING. Absolutely awful.

Awful/non existent customer service. The lead of my power bank broke after one use so asked for replacement. They offered to replace the whole unit not just the lead which was unnecessary. However after waiting 3 whole months nothing arrived. I have since emailed multiple times having no repsonse other than an automated reply. Stear clear of them.

2x Panzerglas für 40€ gekauft (mein Bruder und ich) und nach 1-2 Monaten schon an jeder Ecke dtark abgenutzt und unbrauchbar. Bei Apple sagen die Mitarbeiter, dass es an meiner Benutzung liegt, wobei 5€ Panzergläser aus China länger halten. Es wird von lebenslanger Umtauschmöglichkeit beim Verkauf gesprochen, doch diese wird nicht mal ansatzweise in Erwägung gezogen. Weder von Belkin.com, noch von einem Apple-Store. Bitte kauft nicht!!!!!!!

They need to change the my screen protector but they refuse and said that you need to contact with Belkin.. when I contact you since that time I listening a story of stock availability . Unsatisfied and disgrace customer services from your company . You know if you go to Apple Store right now you will find the screen protector but for the replacement you are out of stock garbage customer services …👎

Der Support ist nur telefonisch erreichbar und sehr unmotiviert. Es besteht keine Rücksendemöglichkeit in Europa oder Deutschland, sondern nur nach USA. Kosten muss der Rücksender tragen.
