Absolute rubbish! Bought my screen protector in Apple Store wasted all my time in registering my products to now be told that I don’t have any registered products. What a an absolute waste of time!

Ich habe im Apple Store eine Belkin Folie gekauft, da dort damit geworben wurde, dass man eine lebenslange Garantie hat. …was mir aber nicht gesagt wurde: Anscheinend bearbeitet Belkin überhaupt keine Garantieanträge. Ich hatte vor einem Jahr eine defekte Ladestation - bis heute keine Antwort. ….und auch zu der Folie habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage per E-Mail. …nur die E-Mail zur Kundenzufriedenheit habe ich bekommen 😂 Das war definitiv mein letztes Produkt von Belkin und ich kann die Firma wirklich keinem empfehlen.

Apple Store decided to change my speaker but because found faulty in warranty period they decided to change free of charge plus they changed screen protector for free with warranty from Balkin. When my screen unstick bobble inside on the left corner they refused to change as no enough evidence.£35 screen and they just washed hands. Poor customer service waiting for answer weeks more than month.Do not buy product from them as they not trustworthy company.

Screen protector got bubbles after a couple of months, it was impossible to get a new one through the warranty (to ship to Germany)

J'ai acheté un pdt soit disant garanti à vie mais c'etait juste un argument commercial pour l'achat. J'ai enregistré mon pdt comme convenu et soit disant ils n'en ont pas la trace et refuse le remplacement.. Me demandant un justificatif d'achat que j'ai deja fourni et vu que mon pdt devait etre enregistré je n'ai pas gardé le ticket de caisse mais uniquement l'emballage avec le numéro de série (article acheté dans un apple store) Ce sera mon dernier achat chez eux..

Belkin is the worst thing ever. Apple has to pay us our money back for being scammed to get Belkin products. When you buy a screen protector at Apple they don’t warn you how terrible is Belkin and they charge $40 telling you that you get a lifelong warranty.. but the warranty is processed by this terrible company. Why does Belkin can’t send replacement stock for the Apple Store for anyone that need it? Why can’t I just go to the store and get my screen protector replaced? Why do I have to order it to arrive at home and then do it myself (with poor quality), or get a machine-applied part and then going to the Apple Store to get help…?it’s disgusting, because the store does have new protectors to sell, but not to replace for anyone who was already scammed to buy them. And the worst part, they want you to sent them the broken screen protector back?!?! They just try to make it so annoying that they can cash-up the $40 they stole and never give you a warranty. A screen protector shouldn’t cost more than $10 and if you can’t give a normal warranty than sell a pack of 4 for $40 and save everyone time.. shame we can’t get the money back. Shame on Apple for using this company and scamming people to buy its product. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. I paid 1600 for iPhone, 90 for cover, and then $40 to be scammed by Belkin. Apple screen protector should be Apple and should meet the Apple service standard. I will never fall again for this, but as long as I still have the same iPhone I will keep using the “life long warranty” I was promised because they don’t deserve to save after scamming everyone to buy their product while thinking we are buying an Apple product.

In Dubai Kopfhörer von Belkin gekauft. Ausgepackt und geht nicht ein Kopfhörer defekt. In der Schweiz sofort Garantie gemeldet. Sie meinen ich müsse das in Dubai umtauschen. In der Schweiz keine Garantie! Lächerlich!!! Finger weg von dieser Firma. Belkin sehr schwach lässt die Kunden im Stich!!!!

Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!
