Comment peut-on encore tolérer cela ? Que fait la DGCCRF ? Boulanger et Belkin c’est fini pour moi !!!

I bought this Belkin screen protector at the Apple Store and was told that if it cracked, I could get replacements. What Apple does not make clear at the time of purchase is that Belkin may charge about $10 for shipping/handling for each replacement. I paid the fee and then received an email saying the replacement was out of stock and that the charge would be refunded to my credit card. I called Belkin because this made no sense. That call took about an hour because they had to create a case just to send me a replacement. When the replacement finally arrived, it was cracked. I then had to call again, spend about another 1½ hours on the phone, send photos, wait for approval, and go through another replacement process. What was presented at the Apple Store as a simple lifetime/free replacement benefit has turned into fees, out-of-stock notices, long customer-service calls, case numbers, photo approvals, and defective replacements. I would not buy this again. Apple should explain the replacement terms clearly at the time of purchase instead of making it sound like you can simply get free replacements whenever needed. The product itself may be fine, but the replacement program is absolutely not the easy, free experience I was led to expect.

Phone screen protector broke after a few weeks so I went online to get a replacement. They never respond via their website, enquiries form or web chat. I’ve been trying to get a simple replacement screen for weeks with absolutely no response. Went to the Apple Store for a full refund as they are aware that Belkin are causing customers issues regarding replacement items (and they’re now charging £10p+p on replacements if you do somehow manage to get through to them!)

Purchased $ 99 wireless powerbank from Apple for my IPhone and watch. The phone part is okay but the watch part is very erratic. May charge the watch from 25% to 40% after all night charging. Six weeks after purchase, I contacted Belkin for warranty support. Everything is by chat and they make the online submission difficult. Photos must be JPEG and cannot exceed 300 mb. I submitted photos of the device including a photo of the model and serial number. I also submitted a copy of the receipt on Apple letterhead as it was an online order. It clearly stated the order number, description, and price. I got an email Belkin saying they wanted a different receipt and they would close the case if I didn’t submit within 48 hours, What the.

Complete scam. Purposely make products impossible to get after you buy lifetime package.

I have been handling this Belkin warranty claim. A Belkin InvisiGlass Blue Light Filter Screen Protector for iPhone 16 was purchased on 29 Jul 2025 at Verizon Colorado Springs, order 1004211, box SFA115ZW-TL, $59.99. The store installed it. The defect is bubbles. It was bought because Belkin advertises a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Belkin's written PDF states a reasonably equivalent replacement OR a refund of the receipt price, and that a defective return is free of charge. Belkin's Hassle-Free page states that an approved warranty claim is a free replacement AND free shipping. The cases are 18645935 and 18673475. On 18 Aug 2026 Belkin said the product was already registered, the product was free, and return shipping had to be paid by the customer. On 25 Aug 2026 Belkin said they accidentally registered the incorrect product, asked for the 2025 receipt, and promised a one-time exception. After the receipt, Belkin said it was no longer manufactured for replacement and there was no comparable, and promised a 24-48 business hour update. That update did not arrive. Belkin was emailed on 25 Aug 2026 at 9:27 PM MDT and on 31 Aug 2026 at 12:59 PM MDT. Those emails are unanswered. No replacement has shipped. There has been no $59.99 refund. A BBB complaint was filed on 1 Sep 2026. There is no outcome. A different older SKU was replaced once on 28 Jan 2025 (case 17144704). That is not this iPhone 16 unit.

I paid $59.99 at Verizon on July 29, 2025 for a Belkin InvisiGlass Blue Light iPhone 16 screen protector (SFA115ZW-TL). The store installed it. I paid that price because Belkin advertises a Limited Lifetime Warranty. It developed bubbles. Belkin's written warranty says they will replace a defective protector with a reasonably equivalent product or refund the receipt price. Their Hassle-Free page says an approved warranty claim is free replacement and free shipping. Case 18645935. On August 18, 2026 they said it was already registered and that I had to pay return shipping. On August 25 they admitted they "accidentally registered the incorrect product," asked for the 2025 receipt, and promised a "one-time exception." I sent the receipt and box photo that day. Then they said it is no longer manufactured for replacement, there is no comparable, and they would update me in 24-48 business hours. They did not. I opened case 18673475 and asked them to ship SFA115zw or any current iPhone 16 protector at no charge, including shipping. No reply to my August 25, 2026 9:27 PM MDT or August 31, 2026 12:59 PM MDT emails. Nothing shipped. No $59.99 refund. I filed a BBB complaint on September 1, 2026. If you are buying Belkin for that lifetime warranty, this is what I got: the wrong product registered, a shipping charge on a defect claim, then "no comparable," then silence.
