Fuyez pauvres fous !!! Marque qui se moquent de ses clients de A Z. SAV désastreux et incompétent. Ça se dis marque internationale et haut de gamme tout en vendant des produits d'une qualité plus que médiocre...

I don't know why Belkin persists with the terribly designed iPHone splitter (Lightning to 3.5mm jack / lightning). I have bought several and it doesn't last - happy to share pictures. Same things just costs more and more. Unacceptable to abuse iPhone users like this. The cable is evidently too short (amongst other issues) and stiff, and inevtitably breaks open and cracks.

I tried to purchase from their website and got an error that they were unable to process the transaction, but the money was taken from my account. I tried another card and faced the same issue with the other card. A week later, I still haven't gotten an automated refund. I tried their chat support, but waited in the queue for 2+ hours without any indicator if anyone is online or how far along in the queue I am or anything.

Bought 2 Qi wireless chargers back in 2020 or 2021. They stopped working as soon as we upgraded our phones to iPhone 13. Customer service said their product no longer supports anything above iPhone 11. Why would they not advise us this when I made the purchases? The did not offer anything other than the advice to purchase new ones. Wow!

Screen protector for iPhone 15 pro max came off the screen 6 months later. Replacement was sent after a lot of effort, second screen protector chipped the first month and after 2, starts to come off as well. I think the replacement is a cheaper quality. Avoid at all cost. It’s quite expensive and don’t worth it.

À peu près comme tous les avis sur cette marque, je déconseille fortement tout achat de produit belkin, après l’achat d’un verre de protection d’écran, celui ci s’est fissuré après la première chute, le service client a été très clair la première fois que je les ai contacté on m’a renvoyé un autre produit puisque le mien était sous garantie. Évidemment rien n’est jamais arrivé chez moi et après de nombreuses demandes d’explication j’ai été ignoré. Maintenant j’ai procédé à une seconde requête à laquelle on m’a gentiment répondu de renvoyer mon produit cassé à belkin (aux USA) pour vérifier que je ne mentais pas. Évidemment les frais de ports sont équivalent au prix d’achat d’un verre neuf et la procédure inutile puisqu’ils demandent déjà une photo du produit cassé au départ. Cela n’existe que pour décourager. Le second produit que j’ai acheté chez eux est la Station de charge sans fil 2-en-1 BOST CHARGE™ PRO avec MagSafe. Qui est un chargeur MagSafe au bout d’une tige sur un socle pour permettre de remplacer le réveil par mon téléphone en mode paysage. La tige s’est en quelque sorte dévissée ou tout simplement décollé de l’intérieur du cache, impossible de l’ouvrir et de la revisser d’en dessous puisque tout est caché. SAV aussi clair que précédemment évoqué. Pour conclure je déconseille strictement belkin qui n’est qu’une arnaque !

iPhone 15 screen protector costs £34.99 at Apple Store. 1st one cracked. Replacement #1 agreed after 5 days- after photo evidence- took 2 weeks to be delivered to my home. Apple Store fitted #2 and noticed flaw. Yet another long process to get Belkin to agree to send a replacement. They initially insisted on my … wait for it… sending in the replacement for review despite agreeing to replace!! I cited Consumer Act 2015 when presto a new one sent to me again! It’s time for Belkin to get into the 21st Century! If they agree to replace a screen saver they should email a voucher to take to Apple Store for replacement. Save lots of delays and hassle, fuel and costs to environment on sending a huge box with tiny envelope inside by Fed-Ex!!! My last ever Belkin product!!!! Raging here
