I will certainly recommend BeLiteWeight to my friends. The entire process was very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but that really wasn't a problem. Most of the staff know at least a bit of English; many are quite fluent. I'm one week post-op. No complications. If you don't want to waste a year waiting for your US insurance company to decide if they'll cover your surgery, then contact BeLiteWeight!

My name is Roslinda it has 1 year since I had the gastric sleeve done in mexico at Star medical hospital. I set out on this journey on April the 7th 2016. I was nervous and excited all at the same time. I had some friends a couple who had gone before me and walked me through what to expect. I must say that the doctors and nurses all exceeded my expectations, and did a woderful job. I am happy to report that I have lost a total of 110 pounds since I had the surgery .  From 318 to 208! I feel amazing, I've walked my 1st 5k Marathon  (which I never in my life time imagined I could do that) I went from wearing a size 26/28 to a 14 from a 3X to large. It is a great  feeling to be able to walk with out back and leg pains, and to be able to actually chase yes I said CHASE my little 3 year old around! Also how I can enjoy a theme park now & actually fit in the rides!  I can now cross my legs, I get so much compliments that my confidence is  at high! I felt safe, well tended, Dr Rodriguez was my Dr. I flew in Wed. had surgery Thursday flew back Sat rested Sunday back to work on Monday, but I have an office job. You might need more time. I recommend walking alot to get the air out that hurts the most!  Tight chest pains! My husband was fine no issues he was able to stay with me at no extra charge, just had to buy his own food. He also was able to cross the street to get to the mall. Right next door to the hospital on the left is am amazing Mexican restaurant so yummy not even a block away! I haven't had any complications! It's changed my life! if I had to do it all over again I would!

Everyone at Beliteweight were awesome in helping with the process and reassuring me and my wife about the trip to Mexico. The hospital in Juarez was great too. Very professional staff. Good experience all the way around.

Best experience ever!!! Wouldn't have gone anywhere else. They took care of the whole time we were in their care!!! The doctors are amazing!!! I have enjoyed every step of the way towards my goal with this company.

The quality of care at the hospital from check in to check out was fantastic. The Doctors and staff were great and accessible. One small recommendation. This only happened to me once and was no big deal but in talking to other patients at the hospital they seemed to think it was an issue. When someone called BeLite prior to starting their journey they said they called and got an answering machine. Everyone said their call was returned but sometimes 6-24 hours later. I would suggest you make an effort to reduce the call back time to 2 hours or less whenever possible.

The Whole Team @ BeLite Weight was Amazing !! I was super nervous to travel in Juarez , Mexico but the drive was literally 20 minutes. Very Nice Hospital , Clean and the nurses took great care of me. Dr came in every morning Early to see me to make sure everything was okay . Lost 15 pounds in less than 3 weeks!!

Jessica was great always returned my calls and always responded to my questions.. I will be recommending beliteweight to family and friends..
