Thank you for all of your help! This company has GREAT customer service. In fact when I needed to progress my original sleeve to a bypass due to my diabetes, I turned to them and am now my A1C levels are PERFECT!. Hospital is clean, Dr. Rod and Dr. Elmo are wonderful. JoAnne has been more than helpful and checked in with me after surgery and periodically throughout the past year. Glad I found BeLite and I tell everyone to call them if in need of weight loss surgery.

my mom, my daughter and I all went thru beliteweight to have our weight loss surgeries in Juarez MX and would go again in a heartbeat. I was so impressed by the care given in the coordination of my treatment. From the time we arrived at the airport, until we were returned to the airport, we knew exactly what to expect and were taken care of,beyond expectations. Hospital care was excellent, some of the nurses didn't speak much English. So sometimes didn't know what meds they were giving you, but I had full confidence in the care given. Having extra time in the hospital was really a great way to heal, and get ready to travel home. Couldn't be happier with the whole process!

The entire process from answering questions, obtaining insurance clearance, booking travel arrangements. booking hotel, and even providing ground transportations was provided.
