I ordered a Viareggio patio set. I really wanted to like this set as I was looking for a teak and stainless set that would not break the bank. The table arrived severely damaged with frame completely broken and wood detached. The chairs appeared to be used and re-sanded. The construction quality is extremely poor with wood attached by staples. I do not believe the wood is teak, as mistakenly stated on the website. I have many other teak furniture pieces and this was very light and soft compared to other. Its a very low quality wood that would not last long outside. Looks more like acacia wood to me. Fortunately, they fully refunded me.

Beliani overholder ikke dansk lovgivning - men det må man åbentbart godt, når man er placeret i Schweiz. Jeg er ellers et tålmodigt menneske, men i denne process stod jeg altså af. Det tog BELIANI flere måneder at erkende at et produkt var defekt, hvorefter jeg efter meget besvær og enorm langsommelighed blev tilbudt et nyt produkt. På dette tidspunkt var jeg bare så træt og bad om mine penge retur. Nogle af pengene kom da, men med returfragten på 550 kr trukket fra. Tjuhej... :-)
