⭐ 1 star The same day I placed the order, it was paid for immediately. After that – not a trace or a word from them. I tried to contact them through their website, but there has been no response. Their customer service is, to put it mildly, absolutely terrible. The entire experience so far has been extremely disappointing. Now I am waiting to see whether I will even receive the product I ordered, and only then will I be able to assess the quality. Considering the reviews from other customers, I don't have high expectations there either. So far – an extremely poor experience and absolutely no communication with the customer. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from Beliani.

Not happy with this company, Beliani. I ordered an office chair on the 1st of December and it’s still not delivered. I sent them an email asking where my order is and they said it would be delivered this past Wednesday or Thursday. I’m still waiting and have not received any update for the delivery being delayed. I thought this would have been a good purchase and was under the impression that they would ship the chair from their office in Portugal but the reality is that they sent it from China. If I knew it would have taken so much time, I would have bought a chair from a local store like Worten or IKEA or even Amazon would have been delivered within a few days. The company obviously doesn’t care about their customers because they haven’t replied to any of their reviews since Dec 1, 2021. I’m NOT a happy customer and will update my review after I receive the chair.

They sell very low quality home rugs. I bought a light colour rug, at not cheap price. The rug cleaning indication specified to clean with a wet colourfast cloth, or professional cleaning. I started with a wet cloth, the rug got black in a corner. So I got it to a professional cleaning place, where it got black entirely. It seems that water in general was affecting the colour. Beliani initially acknowledged the issue and accepted to refund, but later they changed their mind saying that that I should have notify them that I intend to clean the rug...

I had a very bad experience with the delivery and with the customer support. They literally picked the worst courier possible and offered 0 support online for the problems that occured. I was very dissapointed by the whole experience.

Really bad communication and they try to deny me to return by not sending my labels. I team and condition the write that they don’t expect sending without their own labels !!! Don’t shop here !!!
