The DRAWERS don't fit in the Captain…
The DRAWERS don't fit in the Captain bed.... two of them stick out and do not close Flush like the others.

I was bamboozled
I was bamboozled. The color of the living room furniture set was totally different than the color on the website. The color I got was a puke green!! I emailed customer service and sent photos to which nothing has transpired and here it is about a month later and I still haven’t received a response back from them yet!! The rocker recliner is also cheap it’s already screeching and making noises.

Good material
Good material, but has a big defect inside the drawer. 4 stars should be enough. Wish they had a place for photo uploads to see how it is. The pickup place is far away from my house and it's heavy, so I have to keep it.

The item we purchased wasn't available for pickup and we had to cancel. The purchase price was refunded in a timely manner.

Bought a sectional and some chest…
Bought a sectional and some chest drawers. waited a month to have them delivered only for them to show up with the chest drawers by themselves. No prior notice of any delays with the sectional was communicated. Called the Katy Store and the manager promised to have it delivered in 3 business days. They showed up only for us to discover that they had sold us the floor model. Called the store and was told by a very assuming and unhelpful manager called Rueben that we would have to give back a 25% restocking fee if we cancelled. We argued but it was not being useful and so we just needed to have the sofa gone. This cost us almost $550. To this date we have been unable to find a compromise or a fair solution just because we didnt reject the sectional at the time of delivery even though 30 minutes after their truck left we called the company. I regret the day i went into the store and will never return and hopefully many more people would avoid them.
