Bel FurnitureReviews of belfurniture.com

This is the worst furniture purchase experience I've ever had to deal with. First of all not communication to keep you updated on your purchase. Its impossible to get someone on the phone, if they do answer they will pick it up and hang up on you. The delivery is never as promised. Then when I wanted to cancel, they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely no communication letting you know whats going on.

What an amazing experience I had with bel furniture. Cassie is definitely the one to go to. Super patient understanding and willing to help. Thank you Cassie again for the best experience yet !

Great customer service. I bought my 2 pc sofa here and also a coffee table. Great prices and great value. Will be coming back for a dinning set.

Robert was extremely helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for

Diane I purchased a mattress from your Bel store Sugarland Texas store three months ago I contact the Sugar land el store to let them know that the mattress is damaged they received several pictures and several people came out twice to take more pictures and measurements this has been going on for three months. I had to call each time the store never reached out to me. The mattress is less than a year old you have all of the information. I have a real bad back and the damaged mattress is making it worse. I have made this known several times. This is ridiculous. I want a full refund ASAP . I don’t want to have anything to do with BEL furniture company. Today is January 28,2026. I still haven’t received a refund or a new mattress. I haven’t received a call or email since I sent them this email. I have reached out to Bel furniture store in Sugarland and there corporate office for 3 and half no response from the corporate office. I would like another mattress from another mattress company or a full refund. I haven’t received a call or email since I sent them this email. I have reached out to Bel furniture store in Sugarland and there corporate office for 3 and half no response from the corporate office. I would like another mattress from another mattress company or a full refund. I talked to manager at the corporate office in Katy Texas last Friday. He stated that I could get a replacement for the mattress. Someone called me from the Bel Furniture store in Sugarland and stated that they will deliver the mattress this Thursday May 28, 2026 and someone will call for the time of delivery. Shortly after that someone else called and stated I have to pay $149.00 that’s not what the corporate office stated and they didn’t deliver or call at the Bel office. The mattress is bad. I want the mattress replacement per the corporate office at no charge. Need ASAP. This is not professional and this is bad company I read the reviews horrible company. Asap Thank you!

I purchased an item online and it said in stock and quick delivery. I tried 3 calls to speak to a representative on the phone to get an estimated date. I purchased it and then they said to would be 3 weeks even though I got a notice that it was in warehouse. I asked to cancel order since it wasn’t going to arrive on time and they told me they charge 25% restocking fee even though they stated the item hasn’t been shipped. This company has turned into a scam with horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

Lavida was a great sales lady. They delivery sucks. Takes to long and the the delivery men aren't helpful. You must literally everything. Meaning my i have a xlarge heavy wood bed the slates are screwed in the bottom of bed. Screws need to be taken out. Thety said they didn't do that. Lucky my husband was home and we had the tools. We are a older couple. Whem my husband started and was taking to long then they wanted to assist. I was about to cancel the whole deal. I want be using them again. Also they make you come back fir a mattress cover after delivery after they have charge your credit card. So disappointed

Also the customer service is wonderful!! It was so hard to decide what to choose and the reps really helped me to choose a perfect merchandise for my house.
