Hi Emily, We're very sorry for all the confusion here - totally understandable how frustrating this must feel. To clarify what happened: when your order was updated for the correct size, the change was made before anything reached the warehouse, so no first package was ever shipped. The extra “tracking number” you’re seeing isn’t an actual shipment, it’s a placeholder created by the Re:do package-protection add-on you selected at checkout. That placeholder always shows “no movement” because nothing is physically sent with it. Your actual swimsuit is the one tied to the USPS tracking number ending in 4577, and that package is in transit and due for delivery any second now. Carrier delays have been common this week due to the holiday surge, but it is moving through the system and headed your way. We're truly sorry this process felt more stressful than it should have.
