Hi Brita, We're sorry about this experience. The item in your order became unavailable after you purchased it, so we issued a full refund to your original payment method right away rather than leave you waiting on something we couldn't ship. We also sent a follow-up email notifying you of the cancellation, and suggesting a similar style in case it was helpful, but we understand that doesn't make up for the disappointment of an order not arriving as expected. (If you didn't see the email, please check your spam folder, it may have ended up there). If you'd like help finding something else or have any questions about the refund, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll take care of it. All the best, Be Juliet

Thank you for the kind words, Richard!! We're sorry the fit wasn't quite right for the bride. If she's open to trying again, our team is happy to help find the best size or suggest another piece that might suit her better, just reach out to [email protected]. We'd love the chance to get it right for her! All the best, Be Juliet Management

Hi Kurt! Thank you so much for this, it genuinely made our day! We love that your daughter found pieces she wanted to keep (honestly, the best compliment). And yes, returns should never be a headache, so we're really glad Jason was able to take care of you quickly. We hear you on UniUni - they're a newer carrier we've been working with, and we appreciate your patience while things found their way to you. We're always working to make that part of the experience smoother. Can't wait to have you shop with us again. Welcome to the Be Juliet family! Best, Be Juliet Management
