I have purchased Scale plan, because they told me to buy it in order to acces Boosts (earn money per subscribers). After I bought they told me that I am still not eligible. I haven’t receieved any guide on how I can acces Boosts, or the milestones that I have to reach. I asked for a refund because of this, but they are ignoring me, and told me how I can cancel my subscription. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all cost. After creating an account, paying for the service and setting up a newsletter they blocked my account without giving any reason. I asked them to explain it or give me my money back since I payed for the service and did not receive it. They did not answer after that.

Someone impersonating our domain is sending out links to malware that is hosted in a beehiv.com account. If you don't have an account with them it's impossible to talk to a human and resolve other than a form that you get no response to. Do they not have any safeguards to check for scammers hosting malware and running phishing campaigns off their service (in this case the file they are hosting links to a fake Office 365 login website) In response to the beehiv.com reply: - I'm sure you do read every abuse complaint, but do you do anything about them? The phisher link I reported is still active your system. Once I see the link/account removed, I will remove this review, until then my comments still stand (the beehiv url ends in 1819736c-c148-4323-b9b0-10a6b900e70a) - you need to make it possible for people to contact you via your charbot without sending them in a constant loop saying that "you don't have an account with us".

BeeHiiv has become such a messy and nasty platform. Since they implemented dozens of security features almost nothing seems to work anymore and it has become huge a pain

I'm getting blatantly spammed by a Beehiiv user, with a "newsletter" (using the term lightly) that I for sure never signed up for: "Need oversees developers? See how we quadrupled blah blah blah... Can we set up a meeting?" I searched and confirmed, while there is an "unsubscribe" button, there is no way to report this user for spam or report abuse to Beehiiv. Not having an easy way to report abuse seems like a blatant oversight for a newsletter company trying to foster trust and engagement. I found dozens of posts from others getting spam and scams from Beehiiv users. Without any easy way to report it, this poor behavior can be expected to continue. The only alternative is to block all mail sent from their domain.

Everyone is promoting this website. But they are a worst email service provider. No human customer service. No agent. If you face any problem they will just suggest their articles (no use of those articles actually). If you want to connect stripe they will charge first then you will be allowed . Make the payment system restricted without any specific cause even they don't tell you why they have done this. Suppose you have 500 dollars and they are keeping it restricted by blocking the Stripe account.

I set up a newsletter with affiliate offers that are relevant to the subscriber, These include trainings and books I recommend on Amazon. I spent days creating emails and really only had one subscriber. I tried to integrate with another tool, which is allowed, and then my account is locked for terms of use. Now I can't access anything. Support is some AI bot with no human response. I submitted my first ticket 4 days ago and nobody will respond. At least let me access my emails so I can move them to another platform. This could be a really great platform but the lack of a support team sends a message to the tech community, spend elsewhere. It's a damn shame because someone put a lot of effort into the software, just not the operating model.

Don't use unless you want your business to be associated with Scammers. Frequently send customers junk and scam emails. Anti-consumer business practices (the Unsubscribe and Report functionality dont work).
