Best newsletter platform out there. More customisation for website builder, newsletter email, better analytics and superior monetisation than any other platform and now podcast hosting too

Ongoing support, customer service, and new features that make everyday feel like Christmas. Having you own Slack for everyone to communicate with other users and Beehiiv folks is top notch.

Unbelievably good company to work with. They will drop everything to help you solve your problem at a moment's notice. Their customer success team is elite. Even Tyler (the CEO) responds to us with helpful answers at hours that suggest he either doesn't sleep or is actually 2 people in a trench coat.
Response from beehiivApr 8, 2026
Hi Jacob, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! So happy to hear you're pleased with our Support team and response times; and yes, Tyler himself responds and assists whenever he can. (Cannot confirm or deny the trench coat theory). Thanks for being a part of beehiiv and please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need us! -CG

My experience with this platform has been very good. The thing I liked about Beehiiv is their support team and ad network. So I was having issues with my site, I created a support ticket, and within two days I got a response from the team, and the response was really helpful; it solved my problem. The second thing is its ad network. If you are someone who loves writing and wanna get paid for their writing work, this is one of the best platforms for you. Their ad network is fantastic.

Hi Kush, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're so proud of support teams and response times. And yes! The Ad Network recently got a glow-up and is one the easiest ways our users can earn; without sacrificing a cut of their revenue. We're the only platform that doesn't take a cut! Thanks for being a part of the hiiv and if you ever need us, please don't hesitate to reach out! -CG

They ship! And they try different things to make it more useful for their clients. It has much more features and tools than substack, and their support is getting better and better. They are really doing their best to be the most convenient newsletter platform. I've been on beehiiv since 2023. A veteran!
