Personal and helpful. They have a slack community where I can reach other users on various topics. All their employees have their DMs open and are open and willing to help with anything. I suggest a new feature I am told yeah that’s cool we’ll add it to the roadmap or no it’s not on the roadmap. Overall very open. Very transparent. I can always connect with someone, even the CEO.

I have 5+ years of professional digital/email marketing experience and have used multiple ESPs aside from beehiiv. beehiiv is the easiest + most enjoyable to use, makes it a breeze to start creating, and has all of the reporting and audience management tools I could want. Plus, beehiiv's monetization tools (paid recommendations and built-in ad network) make it so easy to earn real $$$. Also, all of the tutorials, guides, and support (with real humans!) are top notch.

I say this to say: Beehiiv is my second favorite brand, closely behind Apple. The community is incredible. This is hands-down the best newsletter platform out there. Not only is the customer service one of the best and fastest to get back to you, but with the built-in Ad Network, you can literally earn money just by sending out your newsletter.
