The support sucks, they dont answer you for weeks and they just take your money and run. Cannot recommend, back to Medium and Mailchimp

Don't waste ur precious research/time, it is fake, they are liar. They stole ur ideas and later on utilize them.

I purchased Beehiiv's $99 plan, under the impression it would grant me access to their boosts program. Within two weeks of transitioning my customer base to Beehiiv, I accumulated over $2000 in revenue through this program. Unexpectedly, Beehiiv deactivated my boosts and confiscated the $2000 in my account. When I inquired about this action via email, they vaguely accused me of "abuse" but failed to provide any evidence when asked. Subsequently, they ceased all communication with me. Not only did I not receive the services I paid for, but they also wrongfully took funds I had earned. After speaking to others, this is not the only time they have done this. This company is fraudulent -> STAY AWAY

terrible customer service the verfication on their website doesn't work now i've been trying for over 2 months to get them to verify me manually but to no avail. they only answer around every 5th email and i don't know what to do. i like the websites service but it is impossible to get in touch with anyone

Just wanted to try and imported my 20k subscribers from my other newsletter. The first email was 10k and it did lower than usual, 30% opens. To my shock the second and third newsletter had only 1% open. Even my own email went into my spam folder. I’ve contacted them more than a week ago to ask what’s going on and to this day I still haven’t received a reply. Terrible product, terrible customer service! Avoid
