Can't signup for a new account because they give you a 461 Error about a VPN. I don't use a VPN and everyone is getting this notice - just check Reddit complaints. Then I use my phone to signup and they say to confirm on the email, which never arrives after multiple attempts. Support is absolutely useless, who will run you in circles and never listens to anything you say. You'll waste 2 days of your life just trying to get the stupid account. And, then the fact you have to whitelist their confirmation email because its considered SPAM from an email company is insane! Go the other way!

*CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION* In a nutshell, got billed for a subscription I cannot cancel. Sent email to support a few days ago but received no reply. (Support request ID: #50393, #50410) I still cannot cancel my subscription today so I'm sending a third support request today, let's see if they reply. If I can't cancel means I will be billed every month for a service I don't use anymore.

too much bad service. suspend account without any reason. trying to contact they didn't fix it. don't buy it

This is nothing but a spam factory. I signed up for one newsletter and now I am being spammed with lots of newsletters that I didn't sign up for. The net result is that I now mark ALL newsletters affiliated with beehiiv as spam.

After signing up to one newsletter, I started being spammed by other newsletters using beehiv platform , The other newsletter I never signed up for and pure spam. I tried to unsubscribe but still get bombarded. Was very difficult to find a customer service email address of beehiiv. I finally found one and sent them an email complaining their platform was being used for sending spam and possible phising. They havent responded....

Terrible experience with Beehiiv.

I’ve been receiving scam emails from several business being sent out by this company, which are not only fraudulent junk mail but the emails themselves are illegally sent without an “unsubscribe” button. They all have links directly to the official Beehiiv website. They range from homewares to fake winnings to car insurance scams. BEWARE
