Note: There is an update to the issue I have purchased their famous Beelink Me Mini NAS system in August 2025 and has been using it till now. The machine got damaged in July 2026 and asked them to replace the damaged motherboard or replace the device. They first agreed to replace the motherboard but later told that motherboard is not in stock and I have to send the machine back to Hong Kong. They will not arrange pickup and I should not use postal services. Even if I ship back, since that model is not available, I will have to pay 200 USD for the model they have. I only paid 209 USD for it on my puchase. Another option is that I repair it locally and they reimburse for 100 USD. There is no way to repair such a single board pc where RAM, Processor and emmc is soldered. They know that and they are not abiding the 3 year warranty they promised. Please don't buy from Bee-link unless you are in Hong Kong or China Update: I was contacted by beelink and was informed to ship the product back to them when I am back at US and they will send replacement. I will update my review once its completed.

Don't buy very recent/modern models. You will be their beta-tester. I bought 5 years ago a Bee-link AMD (Ryzen 5) and all went fine. It was a cheap miniPC with low specs but it does the job. This year, I gave another try buying a very modern model SER9 PRO with the best setup and I was one month doing changes, updating BIOS, reinstalling Windows, Linux, changing cables, etc... and still that miniPC wasn't working properly. After reading in their forum and in reddit, I found that some people had the same problem as me (black screen, random reboots, hibernation / sleep mode doesn't work,....). So after 1 month I sent it back and they refund me. But looks like their last models are not 100% tested and the BIOS not fully developed.

I have just taken delivery of the new Bee-Link Mate Mini, a Thunderbolt docking station made to mate beautifully with the Mac mini computer. It looks and feels every bit as good as the Mac it mates with and works like a dream but there is one big drawback. This product is specified that it can either live underneath the Mac mini or above it. Unfortunately if it is installed underneath the Mac mini it completely blocks the power button of the Mac which is on the underside of the Mac. In itself that is an odd place to put a power button I agree so both products have a quirky design feature here. The Mate Mini can realistically only be mounted on top. Customer support at Bee-link said to remove the Mate Mini to power on the Mac then plug the Mate Mini in. Hmmmm we are looking at premium products here and designs should be totally thought through. Installing the Nvme storage is tricky with having to peel back neoprene feet to access bottom cover screws, then another 4 tiny screws to access the Nvme slots but once all is done it works like a dream and looks fantastic.

My rating is simple: 5 stars for the product (after 1 week of use), 1 star for customer service. I'm located in UE. They assured me that the shipment would be from Europe so I would save on import taxes. Instead they shipped from China and I was charged customs fees and import taxes. I asked for explanations but after the purchase they never replied to my emails. Furthermore, I left this same review on their site but they deleted it. they only post 5 star reviews. Pathetic...
