We had a Fantastic Experience buying our new bed at the Sleep Number of Winchester, Virginia! Customer Service from ANDY, the Store Manager; Patrick, a Sleep Associate, helped us match paint colors to fabric options; and Kristi, Our Sleep Associate; are WONDERFUL. Kristi, personally guided us through the process of the pressure tracking, to find our "Perfect Match Number." She demonstrated the innovative "ClimateCool" System Smart bed. To be honest, we currently have a Sleep Number bed from years ago, but the tech is Impressive. From start to Ultimate Delivery the whole process was seamless. Their honest advice, the integrity of their products, and no pressure made all the difference! You truly can't underestimate a in-person visit to your local Sleep Number Store !!!
