I've had a mattress from bedinabox prior but needed to go to a different type of mattress. It was too firm so who better to get a topper from, right? WRONG!!! Toppers are advertised to enhance the sleep experience and with their cool foam. I weigh 225 lbs and at first the topper is comfortable but you sink right in, limbs fall asleep and the "cooling" is nonexistant. Customer service basically told me to deal with it. For that level of service buy something that costs under $100 from amazon!

My bed is solid as a rock, I honestly can't believe they sell these hard pieces of foam and say they are beds. They had no interest in taking my bed back. Absolute scam.
