Everything went well with the purchase and the item was of great quality and was as described.

I wasn't sure the Beddy was going to fit our extra deep custom made trailer mattress. I contacted Beddy's after I had ordered it and explained that we were traveling and it was sent to another address. Would they please extend my trial period. I was promptly contacted and the trial period was extended. However, the trial was not needed. The Beddy fit beautifully and we were IN LOVE from the first night of sleeping in our new bedding. What a marvelous product.

Beddy's is the best! Easy ordering, great delivery and a beautiful, functional product. I love looking at our guest bed...it just looks so nice and cozy.

I'm extremely disappointed with the fact that the first time I washed the beddy the color bled ALL OVER. These are ridiculously expensive to have that type of problem. You would think that at that price point they would have tested the fabric. I contacted customer service and they told me that's why it was "discounted" it wasn't much of a discount.. and further they responded, " We stand behind our quality and want you to be happy with your purchase. Should the bleeding not clear up with this approach and you would like to return or or exchange your Beddy's, within 14" I bought this in anticipation of a move so it sat in the box at my house for 4 weeks which obviously dosen't fit inside of their 14 day timeline. Which I feel is a pretty narrow window of "standing behind their quality" My other complaint is its not very warm and my kids need an additional blanket inside. If you care about what they look like I wouldn't waste the money. I do like the functionality and ease of "making their beds"
