We bought 2 very expensive (over $600) twin zippered sheet sets from beddys for use in our RV. After only the 2nd use we noticed the bottom sheets ripped at the bottom. I tried to patch it up but new tears show up in different spots. We only use these sheets when RV’ing, no more than 4 times. We tried to return them but they were outside Amazon’s return window. We contacted the manufacturer, sent pictures and they told us these are zipper tears caused by fabric sagging due to RV’s thinner mattress – in other words, they blamed us for misuse which caused the tears. We explained to them that we have upgraded 10” mattresses in our RV and that we used the sheets very infrequently and we feel that the bottom sheets seem very thin and fragile. They refuse to take them back or even replace the bottom sheets. These items are of no use to us due to fear of further tearing. The company has offered a gift certificate worth half the amount we spent but we are unable to replace the defective items because they only sell them as sets which would force us to spend extra money; that’s what they call their “warranty”, but we refused because we are not interested in spending any more money on this horrible company. These are not good quality sheets, as advertised; the bottom sheet is very thin and fragile. We spent a lot of money and these bed sets are useless to us. Very disappointing! We made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company won’t work with us. We want to warn potential future customers – buyer beware!

We purchased a Beddy’s queen set for our travel trailer and have only used it three times. Unfortunately, the zipper failed (lost the end stopper and began unraveling), making the product unusable. I reached out expecting support under their warranty, but was offered a 50% store credit based on their “tiered” policy. I followed their suggestion to attempt a repair, which actually made the issue worse. They later offered an additional 25% discount, but even combining both offers still required us to pay about $160 out of pocket to replace a product that failed after minimal use. At this price point, I expected significantly better durability and for the company to stand behind their product in a situation like this. A zipper is a core functional component, and failing after three uses feels more like a defect than normal wear. The bedding itself is a great concept, but based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on the warranty if something goes wrong.

I love the concept. The bedding is very comfortable. I’ve bought two sets. Unfortunately, the reason I had to buy the second set was because the first set only lasted a year before it started getting to used looking on the top now I bought a second set and it’s even worse there’s rips and frayed all over. It looks terrible for spending almost $500 on a set. It should certainly last more than 11 months this is a pet free home with two middle-aged adults. I wash as recommended no more than once a week. I actually wash every other week cold water and dry on low. I had to dry the rest. I would certainly not recommend this unless you’re looking for nice betting for one year.

My zipper is completely broken and doesn’t zip

I'm so sad to share this because I have recommended Beddy's to SO many people, but I wanted to share my experience with others so you can avoid wasting your money like I have. Beddy's will not stand by their products after 180 days even though they claim to have a 1-year "tiered" warranty. I haven't been able to find where the actual warranty is listed in detail on their website, so had I known what their actual tiers were I never would've ordered. Last fall, I purchased 3 sets of Beddy's. One came with a small hole that they promptly replaced. I've had zero issues since. I went to pull the sheets off my son's bed a little bit ago (a bed he rarely sleeps in, mind you) and it ripped right down the middle, leading me to believe there are quality issues with the bedding. If 2/3 sets can't make it past 6 months of use, then clearly there is an issue! I reached out to Beddy's thinking they could just send me a fitted sheet because I knew there was a warranty. I would have even been fine purchasing a single fitted sheet as a replacement. Nope. They gave me a gift card for half of the purchase price, and they do not offer the fitted sheets separately. This means I would have to purchase a brand new, full set of bedding (approximately $300), use the $150 gift card they sent me, and pay approximately $150 out of pocket for ONE (!) fitted sheet after 6 months of barely any use. If the fitted sheet was offered separately and I could use the gift card towards the single sheet it would be a completely different situation. But yeah, I'm not spending $150 every 6 months to replace a fitted sheet on my toddler's bed that he doesn't even sleep in most nights. They tried to pull the "but we're a small business" card with me not realizing I am a small business too and I definitely don't treat my customers like that. Anyway, don't waste your time and money because it is not worth it. I love the concept and the bedding is cozy, but not $150 every 6 months cozy.

After following the wash instructions for the first wash the fitted sheet has a hole in it. Very disappointing.

watch out for the return capability. They will say it is a sale item and can't be refunded. 14-day return date with no exceptions, they will offer you credit only if you have not opened the item. So if you try it and it doesn't fit you are out of luck. They do not fit real well I must say. They seem to have the same standard excuse as to why they will not accept a return. Caution, about ordering they are expensive.

Awful product, awful customer service. Do not buy anything from them!! The bedding is massively overpriced. It’s not even easier to put it on the top bunk, which is why I got it. My son started crying when he tried it. It has this ill fitting, wrinkly bottom sheet and an awkward giant zipper all around. The zipper is hard for my six year old to use and the “comforter” is stiff and a weird size. Absolutely no benefit over a normal bedding setup. Super disappointed. Customer service refused to work with me even a little bit because the item was “final sale.” I think maybe that’s how they get people to take these awful things without a risk of having to accept them back. Looking around the internet it’s obvious that they pay to inflate reviews. Wonder if this will make it…
