Spoiling grandkids is the best! We are so happy they are loving their Beddy's but I'll bet what they really love is spending time with Grandparents!

We purchased a Queen sized Beddys comforter system for our bed. We purchased the product on 08/21/2021. Today, 09/12/2022 the bottom sheet ripped to shreds after a gentle wash and dry cycle. They do not sell the pieces separately, nor do they honor anything outside of their 365-warranty period outside of a 25% off code. I gave the product two stars because it was very comfortable and my husband and I both enjoyed sleeping in it, however we bought the entire set including throw pillow shams etc. and it was upwards of $400+.. for that kind of money I expect the product to last longer than a year and some change.

We are so sorry that your Beddy's ripped. Most of our Customers have and enjoy their Beddy's for years and we are sorry this wasn't your experience.

This is the absolute best bedding for my teenage daughters! Their rooms look neat and tidy every day, and they make their own beds with two zips! We recently bought an Airstream and purchased a Beddys set for our mattress. Even though a short queen, the queen set fit perfectly.

Making teenager's rooms a bit tidier, one Beddy's at a time! We love this!

Poor quality product and customer service. I ordered the Aiden Luxe twin set. The black stitching design came out after the first wash in the pillow and blanket. I couldn’t get a replacement or refund because it had been over 14 days. The best they could do was a gift card for 75% of the purchase price and a 20% off coupon. It will still cost me over $100 to order a replacement set after sales tax and shipping. After looking at reviews, several other customers had the same problem with stitch coming out of the Aiden set. The tiered warranty program isn’t sufficient when the product is poorly designed and doesn’t last, like the Aiden set.

Beddy's offers a 365 tiered warranty on all our products. We feel we have one of the best warranties in the industry. We are so sorry we were not able to assist you with a claim on your item with an expired warranty.
