Hi Tara, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating and that it impacted your workflow. We understand how important timely delivery is when managing client content pipelines. We’d like to clarify how our subscription model works to avoid any further misunderstandings: Each plan includes one dedicated editor who works through requests sequentially. While you’re welcome to submit multiple projects in a single day, they are completed one by one according to the turnaround time outlined in your selected plan. This structure is intentional, as it allows our clients to build a consistent working relationship with their editor and maintain a cohesive creative style across all content. After carefully reviewing your account activity, our team confirmed that your videos were delivered consecutively, with active progress and deliveries occurring each business day. We continued collaborating with you until the end of the month, and delivered every video request you placed. That said, we truly regret that the process did not align with your expectations. We strive to keep expectations clear from the start, and we’ll be reviewing our website messaging and resources to ensure this is explained more explicitly so similar misunderstandings don’t happen again. We always aim for transparency and are continuously improving how we communicate workflow timelines upfront. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us refine both our service and communication.

Hi team, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate you recognizing our commitment to getting things right — that’s a standard we hold ourselves to every day. You’re absolutely right: no partnership is built on perfection alone, but on accountability, communication, and a genuine commitment to client success. We’re grateful for the opportunity to earn your trust and even more grateful that you plan to continue the partnership. We look forward to supporting your business again soon. – beCreatives
