Not too sure if Lending express has a duty to ensure all fees and conditions of loans are disclosed upfront
Response from BecomeJul 10, 2019
HI Laz, Lending Express does not provide the loan, but connects you with the relevant lenders using AI. Fees and conditions are defined by the lenders and depend on each specific application, therefore they can't be disclosed upfront. In general, once the applicant is approved for funding by the lender, the applicant receives an official lender's offer which does contain all the conditions and fees. The applicant will only be funded if s/he has read, agrees and accepts the conditions offered by the lender. Therefore, all fees and conditions are disclosed upfront. If you had a different experience - please let us know the details, so that we could investigate asap! Thanks! The Become team (formerly Lending Express)
