I was given LOTS of offers. However, I wanted what made sense for my situation. I wasn't offered anything through Become. I was excited. Your ads made it seem like you really connected with small businesses. I did not experience that.

They do there best to find you a lender and they keep in touch throughout the process

Don’t understand how I got the loan.

Hi Arturtine, We are happy to hear that you received the funds that you were looking for. According to our records, you were approved for a line of credit with a lender who processes their applications online. Indeed, their process can be very seamless and you receive the funds without much effort. We would love to know more about how we can improve your experience with us. Please let us know! Cheers, The Become team (formerly Lending Express)

I could not connect with my bank. So iam not sure where You got the idea that I got a loan from you.
Response from BecomeDec 17, 2018
Dear Jackie, We've investigated the issue and understand where the misunderstanding comes from. Lending Express does not provide funding to our clients, but instead matches you with your most relevant lenders. We indeed did not provide you with funding, but one of our partners who we matched you with did! LoanMe has approved the business loan for you and has already transferred the funds into your account. If you are not able to see the funds in your account, could you please contact the LoanMe support team directly at 833-388-3265, so that they could help you allocate the funds? Let us know if you need any help from our end! We're here for you at all times. Kind regards, Victor from Lending Express
