Be careful as unless you are looking to provide a whole lot of private and confidential company information there advertising is extremely deceptive. The facebook ad did not state they would do a full background check before providing a list of potential lenders. I clicked through thinking I was getiing some general information and an idea of the types of lenders we could look at using for some early exploratory work and next thing they are asking for detailed company information that a bank requires. This was done without setting up any type of login or agreeing to their terms or being told of their privacy collection policies. Extremely Dodgy.

Hi Matt, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you weren't happy with our process. Our main goal is to save our customers time and only provide funding opportunities that are relevant to their business, which is also what we advertise. In order to do so, we request company details and information that is required by our lenders. Moreover, one of the steps in the process is to read and provide consent for Become to process this data, which is fully secured. Users who don't feel comfortable leaving these details are able to stop the application at any point. Our process is very transparent and the terms and conditions are available to read prior to leaving any information. Every customer agrees to our T&Cs before leaving their details. If you were looking for more general information and not specific loan offers, then you could find that in detail on our website https://www.become.co/blog/reviews/. Warm regards, Team Become
