I have eaten your Osso bucco boar at…
I have eaten your Osso bucco boar at the restaurant I work at...Donabe in Taos...one of the most flavorful meats I have ever had...it melts like butter in my mouth and keeps giving flavor! I am going to be contacting you this weekend for a home purchase!

Bison Ribeyes and New York Strips
I ordered some bison Ribeyes and New York Strip steaks to try out the products. They arrived quickly and are fantastically tender and delicious. I'm looking forward to ordering more!

Kynan is Spectacular!
Beck & Bulow's guest service ambassador, Kynan, is just magnificent! I had some questions regarding tallow and when the next batch would be replenished, and Kynan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions --- so much so that I purchased three jars immediately once the tallow was back in stock. Best of the best!!!!

Boar bacon for breakfast!!
From the moment I placed the order the owners were attentive and helpful - the product is wonderful and I will be back in the ordering when we have finished. Can't wait to go to their retail in Santa Fe the next time we are in New Mexico. Even though the delivery took longer than we thought it was well packed and still frozen. Kudos guys!
