Thank you Kira for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with Beck & Bulow. We appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us to continually improve our products and customer service. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste of the chicken and smoked sausage, but we're sorry to hear that the short ribs were not to your liking. We take pride in offering high-quality, grass-fed meat products, and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short in your experience. We'll make sure to pass along your feedback to our team, and we hope you will give us another chance to provide you with an exceptional experience in the future. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy the ground bison.

Hi Brit, thanks for taking my call today. We talked in our call about how the bison filets you received were a total weight of 15.04 oz which is slightly smaller than the 16oz you were expecting. When our team packs orders, if there is a weight smaller than listed, it is most often balanced out with a heavier weight of another product. We hope that this is noticeable on the rest of your order.  We hope that you enjoy everything that you ordered from us! Also, We have sent you an email with something special for next time. Thank you! Kynan Cleverley 505-428-6827
