I ordered 3 tomahawk bison steaks
I ordered 3 tomahawk bison steaks. They arrived on time. However out of the 3 steaks, only 1 was presentable as a gift. It looked great and measured 2 lbs as expected. The other 2 however were half the size and the steaks looked like they were cut in half compared to the 2 lb steak we received. Very disappointed considering spent nearly $300. Was planning on buying a lot of meat from here, but now reluctant.

Hi, Samuel. Thanks for taking the time to speak with our team earlier this week about your order. The order did contain 3 bison tomahawk steaks. On the website, we have the weight set at ~2lbs per tomahawk. For the steaks that you received, one was on the larger side (~2.5 lbs) and two were slightly smaller (~1.8 lbs). To assure your order arrived expediently without delay, our team packed your order this way so that you would receive the total weight of ~6lbs. We do take credit for the confusion caused by different sizes of the steaks and hope that the recipients still had a great dining experience!
