I have purchased from Bebonia many times so I am very confident in their product. I order from the UK so it is not cheap, however for me they are worth every penny as I cannot find the same quality elsewhere,they do however last me a long time.

Definitely not the same hair from 3 years ago color washing leaves my sink with wash off black color the hair quality's and texture is flat no waves at all really disappointed

I ordered my product.They don't have customer service phone numbers only emai. My product has never been given a tracking order. I have never been responded to after four emails sent and I have never been offered another color I have never been asked.I sent four messages and still am awaiting a response.

Hair tangles too easily after washing or getting in a pool or if you have your windows down with the wind blowing ur hair . Bought it twice . First time they said it was my fault because I straightened it. Second time I didn’t straighten but went in the pool and it got soooo tangled. Had to throw away.
