Got this for my husband who's always complaining about his ears. you still need to be careful and not go too far in.

I have recently received and started using the Bebird EarSight Plus, and overall I am satisfied with the product. The device is compact, lightweight, and very easy to use. The package includes clear instructions and all the necessary accessories, making it easy to get started right away. The connection between the device and my phone was quick and straightforward. The image quality is clear, allowing me to see inside my ear easily, and the ear cleaning tool is flexible enough to operate comfortably. One suggestion for improvement is the size of some of the ear scoop tips. For my ears, a few of the attachments are slightly too large, which makes the cleaning process a little uncomfortable and sometimes slightly painful. It would be great if the product included more small-sized tips for users with narrower ear canals. Overall, I think this is a well-designed product with good image quality and a user-friendly experience. I also appreciate the responsive customer support, who were very helpful when I had a question about my delivery.

The beBird endoscopy/ ear cleaning tool is the purchase that I would recommend to anyone. The camera itself is pretty high resolution it has subnifty LEDs that light up the canal. It has a plethora of tools to choose from. I'm now using my second one since my first one actually quit working after about a month or so it wouldn't charge and wouldn't show any video if you tried to connect it to the phone. It took me a while and a lot of back and forth with customer service to get a replacement. I did have to go through the same tutorial about 3 or 4 times with different people to convince them that I had actually done all the troubleshooting but once I prove my case they very quickly replaced it. Since then I haven't had any problems and in fact I just got done using it and it's still working great.

I am excited to try my new Bebird EarSight R1 Earwax Removal Tool. I like that it can be used for ear or nose and- apart from being safe and functional, I think there may be a little entertainment value, as well! Scientific curiousity- a view you don’t usually get a clear view of. I’m looking forward to trying it!👂👂
