The product with the bendable arm is a good improvement. The design allows me to be very accurate while preforming removal.

I’m really impressed with the Bebird ear camera! It’s very easy to use, and the image quality is much better than I expected. Being able to see inside the ear clearly makes it much easier to check what’s going on. The app is simple and intuitive, the camera connects quickly, and the device feels well made. I also really like the compact design, which makes it convenient to use and store. Overall, this is a great little device and definitely worth having at home. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!

The Ultra X is fantastic. The presentation is premium and clean, the form factor is small but comfortable, and it has all the accessories you need. The camera quality is also a significant upgrade over the previous model I used. I previously used the Note3 Pro Max and always struggled to use the silicone tips and tweezers effectively. With the Ultra X, I find it much more effective for cleaning, and the tweezers are easier to control. Delivery was fast, but it would have been nice if the product box had been protected a bit better, as it did arrive with some corner damage.

Super well made product of high quality and the components are easy to interchange. Great visual fidelity for accurately inspecting ears nose and throat.

Been using bebird products for a while now and have always been impressed. Decided to buy their latest product, the ultra x, direct from them and it definitely lives up to its name. Quality build, great camera resolution and just works. What’s prompted me to give a review was the excellent communication I’ve had with their customer service which is getting rarer nowadays. So my view of bebird now is, great products and great customer service!
