Impressive Product Quality and Swift Delivery! We recently purchased a new monitor, and it arrived at our doorstep in just two days. Setting it up was a breeze, with no need for complicated pairing processes. We're genuinely delighted with our purchase!

Awesome low emf product for my baby. I love the safety and peace of mind of this monitor. Rebecca was soooo helpful in helping us with the shipment

Good customer service and fast shipping! We got our new monitor for the baby within two days of placing the order. The system was easy to setup and doesn’t require pairing. Very happy with our purchase!

Please do not purchase from this company! They are an absolute scam. They’ve stolen $400 from our young family and have stopped replying to our emails. We purchased a baby monitor and requested a refund which they agreed to. We paid out of pocket to ship the item back which they received. However they have not refunded us the money. They’ve stopped replying and blocked us anyway they can. When reading the other reviews it’s really sad to see so many people have a similar experience.

We received the wrong monitor model as a baby shower gift. Never opened it, still in its original packaging. The day it arrived we reached out to see if we could exchange for the model we were interested in. This was well within Bebcare’s stated return window of 14 days. I’ve sent 8 emails in the past 2 weeks and have reached out via their website contact form. I still have yet to receive a reply with any form of instructions on how to exchange. If a business is unable to resolve the easiest customer issues, it means they do not stand behind the products they sell. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely shocking. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund and they’ve now stopped replying. Borderline scam DO NOT buy from them.

Overall, great customer service. Very responsive team with fast turn-around to our emails. Got our monitor setup correctly to keep an eye on the newborn son.

Rebecca was lovely. She assisted with a replacement unit when our camera failed on a recent trip to Europe. We needed a working baby monitor badly, so her fast help is greatly appreciated :)
