This one star reviews are 100 percent accurate! This company is a complete scam. My $350 camera has not worked since I received it and they will not honor the warranty and are instead offering me a discount to buy another one. The WiFi constantly disconnects putting your baby at risk and now won’t connect at all. I am filing a lawsuit against this company for not honoring their warranty. They have done this to enough people.

I’ve had this monitor for 3 years and really like it. I recently had an issue with the antenna not working properly and emailed Bebcare costumer service. Julianna was very quick to respond and offered a replacement at no charge to me. I appreciate the responsiveness and excellent costumer service. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone.

Other monitors claim to be low EMF, but then we discovered that is only when used in certain modes of operation. This is the only one we found to be endorsed by EMF Academy and other reputable sources. Their order processing is uncommonly quick and their customer service is very helpful.

I’ve been using this monitor since my firstborn in 2022. I’ve since added an additional camera and it was very easy to do. You can either do a split screen or scan between the two which is a great feature. The power cord did stop working but they’ve been helpful troubleshooting.

The monitor works well, as it should. We had a bit of an issue with lag but customer service was willing to send a replacement per their warranty! Love the low emf.

We purchased the bebcare monitors and just love that they are low emissions and that gives us peace of mind that we made the right choice! I have done research upon research and have finally found a brand that truly cares about the safety of littles in regards to low EMF’s. It is critical that they are not exposed and there are so many baby/child products that do just that at high capacities. As a parent, I want to make the BEST decisions and purchases for my child. Bebcare is it for a camera system that I stand by and support 100% as a safe option to place in my children’s rooms. I can’t say enough positive things about them and the customer service is fantastic, quick and understanding!
