Hello! We are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but when placing the order, it only says that you did not pay any taxes to us personally because we are not allowed to charge them from you. The calculation and collection of taxes and customs duties are beyond our control and are regulated exclusively by the legislation of the receiving country. The letter sent to the e-mail address specified in the order at the time of its registration contains information about the possible need to pay VAT upon receipt. There is also information about VAT on our website. We are very sorry that you encountered such an experience, and we hope for your understanding! We do our best to create quality products and ship them quickly, but unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery process and tax collection.

Dear Mario, We are very sorry that you had a negative experience with delivery. We assure you we make every effort to send quality goods quickly, but unfortunately, we have no influence on delivery. We have written to your email address several times over the past 2 weeks and have not received any response from you. We can assume that our emails end up in the spam folder, please check it. As we noted in the letters, your parcel has been ready for pick-up at the local DHL post since August 26. Please pick up your parcel from the specified point. We are waiting for your reply to the email so that we can understand the situation together and help you get the parcel!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the customs duties and import sales tax. We understand that unexpected fees can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the calculation and collection of taxes and customs duties are beyond our control and are regulated exclusively by the legislation of the receiving country. The letter sent to the e-mail address specified in the order at the time of its registration contains information about the possible need to pay VAT upon receipt. There is also information about VAT on our website. We are very sorry for your negative experience, we make every effort to make a quality product and ship it quickly. But unfortunately, not everything depends on us, and we cannot influence the process of delivery and calculation of taxes.
