Custom fees apply and you should inform the customer! For me it is a one shot purchase, and with the answer I received and commercial treatment, I will definitely not recommend to anyone… the other way around. If you do not know the exact fee you should inform or give an orientated price for it.

Hi Gregory, We sincerely regret any frustration caused by the customs fees. We completely understand your concerns and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, customs duties and VAT are determined by the laws of the recipient’s country, and as the sender, we are not authorized to collect these fees in advance. The obligation to pay taxes on imported goods is regulated exclusively by your country’s legislation and the responsibility for dealing with customs, handling taxes and customs duties on your shipment rests solely with the buyer. Unfortunately, as the seller, we do not have any control over this process. To help our customers stay informed, we include details about potential VAT charges in the order confirmation email and provide relevant information in the Fees and VAT Collection section on our website as well as at the checkout when placing an order. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication regarding customs fees. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we regret that this impacted your experience. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please let us know.
