Love the concept. Wish you had more selection for lip colors and better and more accurate swatches. My last order included the lip crayon (love the formula and look on lips!) but the color was way off in person and I don’t like it. Too costly to return but I would not have picked this color if you had better swatches to see the true colors and not what they look like under a bright ring light.

I had some issues with my bank account and unfortunately Beauty Pie postponed my membership. When I contacted customer service via email, they were prompt and very helpful. All was resolved and I placed my order. The package came promptly and beautifully assembled. All my ordered products were there. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because the perfume I ordered was not to my liking and I would like to return it. Their return policy requires a few hoops to jump through. Returns should be easy IF the company truly stands by their products. Perhaps they just don’t want to bother with a dedicated department for returns. Very disappointing. But to their defense, they do offer a small sampler of their fragrances, my deep regret for not ordering that instead. Overall, I’m happy with 90% of my purchase and look forward to trying other products in their store.

Love the customer service, quality of product, and I would recommend this company to any fellow beauty-loving shoppers!

I’m becoming Beauty Pie obsessive... beyond happy with all my purchases!

Products are great. Shipping was quick. But had to wait a few weeks for one of the products i ordered to be back in stock while worrying that another might go out of stock while I waited. I like to do my orders all at once every month so I only have to pay the shipping fee once.

I have been subscribed to many beauty boxes and different beauty companies. NONE of them compares to Beauty Pie. I am so glad I have found this company. I love the skin care so much. Every product I have tried is the absolute best. The make up I have tried is amazing. I stalk the website daily and make my wishlist so I can get my next order ready for my new months availability. I have canceled all my other memberships to focus on Beauty Pie.. It has it all. I just wish i could buy more a month,. LOL

I love Beauty Pie, I gave it to four of my closest friends for Christmas. It is the best!!!!!
