Been very happy with my purchases. Love the Japanese skincare. Very happy with the face oil. Mascara seems to smear- but could be application- still trying that. (I live in a very dry climate and must use oils all over face... so could easily be that.) not crazy about potted cream eyeshadow but very happy with all the cream pencils including lip- like Charlotte Tillbury! Hoping to try the sponge. Husband thought candle was overpriced- so not getting that again. Bought face palette and need to try. Very happy with eyebrow dark cream color (pomade) and eyebrow pencils. Lip oil is my favorite. Not seeing huge difference with their lip bullets and other brands- but I’m not a huge lip bullet person. What else???? I keep buying and trying and finding everything better than I could but at drugstore or better than luxury.

I haven't had any major issues with ordering from Beauty Pie, though I do notice from time to time that their website lags, options disappear or there are errors with check out. None of these have really impacted my experience (I just waited a couple hours to place my order), but it's less than ideal. Aside from the website, the delivery is fast and the products are great.

The products I've ordered have been hit and miss. I have high hopes for the retinol hand cream but will wait until the tube is empty to decide. The eye shadow stick I recently ordered is a truly awful color ad goes on like cakey makeup, not soft and creamy like a higher end product. I tossed it immediately.

I love my Beauty Pie! Fast shipping, packing and products are all what you get with high end products! Also, the products work!

I received a 3 month Beauty Pie membership as a gift (which was an introduction to the brand) I was so excited. When I went to place my order (you can only buy a certain amount each month), my Beauty Pie gift certificate was added into my monthly limit and I could only order one item until the following month. There was no number to call, no chat and my emails never were answered (except for one auto responder). I was really disappointed by the poor customer service. Put in a chat or answer your emails please Beauty Pie and give me another month added so I can actually properly use my gift certificate!

Hands down, this company is changing the cosmetics and skin care in a major way. All of the products are top-quality and shockingly inexpensive. The only catch to Beauty Pie is having the patience to wait for your membership purchase window to open. #worthit
