My experience has been outstanding Shipments and communication have gotten even faster as BP has grown. Just know that you can't send back product unless it isn't what you ordered or arrives damaged (I've never had either happen). With such low prices, I've embraced the unknown and actually learned to love some products I wasn't sure about. This company is reputable and of very high quality!

Beauty Pie has taken over my beauty regimen from skincare to makeup it has replaced most of my high end and cult favorites. I loved my skin care regimen but decided to try the JapanFusion line and I am hooked!

I have purchased a number of items from Beauty Pie over the past three or four months. I have been very happy with the everything so far. I find that the quality and performance of the skin care items especially serums and eye creams have been as good if not better than other premium brands I've used including First Aid Beauty, Clinique, and Kiel's. I don't typically love things where you need to pay to be a member as I don't see myself buying a lot of items each month but I was willing to give this a try. So far it's been working out well; I like that the monthly "allowance" you receive rolls over each month and can be used toward larger purchases. I would recommend Beauty Pie to anyone who enjoys high quality products but doesn't need a flashy name on the bottle. If you get overwhelmed by all the offerings and brands when you go into a department store or beauty retailer BP is a great place to find luxury skin care and a solid base of cosmetics to build a great makeup kit.

I love the products, for that they get 5 stars. But I received a membership as a gift and it was very hard to use. That combined with just getting use to Beauty Pie was not a smooth experience. The customer service was on top of it but it was extremely difficult to use the gift certificate so I just gave up.
